Multiple Payments Page

For each category of payment you are making, please key in the amount you wish to submit, and then click the plus button next to it to increase the number of “items” from zero to 1. If you are making an “other” payment, please specify to what the payment is to be applied in the Additional Information box at the bottom of the final checkout page.
